Unit so'zlari matnda ajratib ko'rsatilgan. Gapni bossangiz, hikoya shu gapdan o'qiladi.

Dilya spends a day with her aunt Nodira, a teacher. They take a taxi to the school. "Go straight, please," says the aunt to the driver. In the classroom, the walls are full of children's pictures. Above the door, there is a sign: "Smile!"

A boy in the class is ill. "Put on your thick coat," says Aunt Nodira. "This thin jacket is not warm." But the boy cannot find one shoe. At last Dilya finds it under a desk. "Thank you!" says the boy, and he goes home to rest.

In the evening, Dilya and her aunt cook a salad. The farmer next door gives them fresh tomatoes and cheese. Then they go to the cinema near the new hotel and watch a film about a farmer and his sheep. "This is the best day," says Dilya.

O'zbekcha tarjimasi

Dilya xolasi Nodira, o'qituvchi, bilan bir kun o'tkazadi. Ular taksida maktabga boradi. «Iltimos, to'g'riga yuring», deydi xola haydovchiga. Sinfxonada devorlar bolalar rasmlariga to'la. Eshik tepasida yozuv bor: «Tabassum qiling!»

Sinfdagi bir bola kasal. «Qalin paltongni kiy», deydi xola Nodira. «Bu yupqa kurtka issiq emas». Lekin bola bitta poyabzalini topa olmaydi. Nihoyat Dilya uni parta tagidan topadi. «Rahmat!» deydi bola va dam olish uchun uyiga ketadi.

Kechqurun Dilya va xolasi salat tayyorlaydi. Qo'shni fermer ularga yangi pomidor va pishloq beradi. Keyin ular yangi mehmonxona yaqinidagi kinoteatrga borib, fermer va uning qo'ylari haqidagi filmni ko'radi. «Bu eng yaxshi kun», deydi Dilya.
