Welcome to EssentialGame.uz. By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree with the terms, you may stop using the Site.
1. Description of the service
EssentialGame.uz is a free educational platform that helps learners build English vocabulary: flashcards, interactive exercises, tests, stories and articles. Some features and materials may change, be updated or be removed over time.
2. Intellectual property
The Site’s source code, design, logo and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the materials for your own learning. You may not sell the materials, distribute them widely, republish them on another site or copy them on a large scale without permission.
Names, marks, texts and other materials of third parties may be protected by separate rights. The presence of a material on the Site does not mean that all rights to it belong to the Site owner, and these terms do not replace permission to use third-party materials. If you believe your rights have been infringed, write to us via the Contact page.
3. User responsibilities
- Use the Site for lawful purposes and respect the rights of others;
- Do not use automated tools (bots, bulk downloaders) that interfere with the Site, damage the system or abuse the service;
- Do not click on ads artificially or in bad faith, do not encourage others to click on ads and do not manipulate ad metrics;
- Do not send abusive or unlawful content in messages you send to us on Telegram.
4. Advertising and external links
The Site may show ads through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for advertisers or their products and do not endorse them. Advertising and cookies are described in detail in the Privacy Policy. The Site may link to external sites (for example, Telegram); we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
5. Accuracy of learning materials
Translations, transcriptions, example sentences and stories are prepared for learning purposes. They may contain mistakes or inaccuracies. If you find one, please tell us and we will fix it. For exams or official documents, check important words with a reliable dictionary or a teacher as well.
6. Data and progress
Your learning progress (points, completed units, review notebook) is stored only in your browser. Clearing browser data, switching devices or changing browsers may cause it to be lost, so use the “Save progress” button. We are unable to restore this data.
7. Limitation of liability
The information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes. We do not guarantee that the materials are complete, error-free or always available. The Site may be temporarily unavailable, some features may change and the texts may contain mistakes. When making important study or exam decisions, users are advised to verify information with other reliable sources as well. This section does not remove rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated because of changes in the Site’s operation or in the law. The updated date is shown on the page. Before continuing to use the Site, please review the current version of the terms. The terms are interpreted under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
